TADS测试性建模分析软件（版本1.0）

TADS是一套测试性建模、测试性分析、诊断推理软件。可生成满足IEEE1232-2002标准的诊断模型。测试性模型是包括系统组成单元、故障模式、故障率，测试点位置、测试方法等测试性信息的图形化描述。设计人员使用TADS对一个测试性设计建立测试性模型，并对该模型进行测试性分析，用分析结果指导、改进测试性设计，生成包含各种测试性信息和最优诊断策略的诊断模型。诊断模型可以作为实时故障诊断推理功能的知识库。
